The developer's brochure and RERA filing list an RCC framed structure, vitrified tile floors with laminated wooden flooring in the master bedroom of the 3 and 4 BHK homes, UPVC or aluminium windows, AC points in the living room and master bedroom and a video door phone conduit. Full power backup and a piped gas connection come at extra cost.
